  1. How are you getting on with the 30 Day Shred? I tried it and managed about 3 days but I think the weights I bought were a little too heavy.

    1. I've just started level 2 but it's so hard for someone as inactive as me, I think I might have to stick to level 1 for a while haha. My weighs are 1kg each, I don't need them any heavier!
