Hawaii On Tortilla

F R I D A Y ,  M A R C H  1 5

First of all, let me tell you what an unearthly food hawaiian pizza is. The combination of pineapple and chicken must have been created in heaven by angels. It's my ultimate favorite pizza, always have been, always will be. I'd also say it's my go-to pizza, haha! But I realized I never actually made one at home, so instead of having my chicken for lunch as usually, I decided to pair it with pineapples this time. The recipe is super easy, you have to try this.

That's all you're going to need:

tomato sauce
chicken breast

Step 1: set the oven on 250°C and shove the tortilla in it for about 10-15 mins, so that it could get a bit crispier.

Step 2: now that you've taken the tortilla out, don't turn off the oven, you're just gonna put all the ingredients on it and put it back in for about 5-10 mins. Or just take it out as soon as the cheese melts. No need to keep it in the oven for long because it's not a regular pizza. Tortilla is very thin so you better don't burn it!

DONE! My lunch was so yummy today, as I said, the combination of fruit and chicken is like my favorite!
Hope at least one of you gives it a try. Please do, you won't regret it!
